New Member? Add your name to the NCHO directory by:

1) Entering your information below as directed.

2) Once you add your information (please complete all sections, including the date), click "Send" and you will be added to the NCHO directory. Welcome!

3) IMPORTANT: Add your email address to our "Google Groups" listserv (once you enter your information, the page you are automatically directed to will give you this option).  You are not automatically added to our main listserv by joining the directory.

Already in the directory? To update your record:

1) Click on "Search the Directory" for your records.

2) Click on the "Details" link beside your record.

3) Click on the "Update Records" Button.

You will be asked for your password.  Once you enter your password, you will be able to update your records.
